teenage angst
Read this in highschool. I was so excited to pick it up but after finishing it I was disappointed. I still can't figure out what all the hype is around this book! Maybe I will read it again one day. I may have a better appreciation for it.

This book was the only book I never completed upon starting, until I gave it another recent attempt. I found the end to be surprisingly satisfying. It was only at the end that I really grew to fully enjoy the main character.
I know I've read it, and I even think I liked it. Since it's kind of fuzzy in my mind, I'm not rating, and possibly need to re-read.
