I was debating between 4 and 5... 2/3rds through it was a solid 5 but then I struggled with some choices but this is a hard book to have a satisfactory ending for... and then in the last moments I very much enjoyed the imagery so back up to 5 it went! I very much enjoyed which types of technology Sagan could envisage when this was written (he almost nailed DVR!) and which ones he couldn't.
