One of the best books I have read... ever!
I can understand how some people would have to hate this book. It is dense-full of philosophy, which could be a turn-off but which I thoroughly enjoyed!
Plus, Kundera writes in the most wunderful prose and I have never read about such a heart-rendering death of a dog. I cried at the end, which must have meant that it was really, really good and worth every second!
