This book has a constant creepy and suspenseful overtone. It starts with the discovery of a suicide victim - beautiful young Ashley Cordova, daughter of legendary horror film director, Stanislas Cordova. I liked this book less and less as I progressed through it. I actually skimmed some sections because I couldn't wait for it to be over (which I very seldom do). Long, convoluted, with some logical gaps. It was under-edited, for sure, and could have been about 1/3 shorter than it was just by losing the repetitive internal dialogue.
