What Members Thought
An interesting twist on the Zombie mythology. The book starts right in on the action and is a quick read. I found it hard to put down at times. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, but this was one case where I think King could have written SO much more. There was a lot more I wanted to learn about this new breed of zombies.

Stephen King should really take a break from writing. Get his mojo back, so to speak. This was such a lackluster version of Stephen King…such a disappointment…and because I loves me some Zombie’s, it’s even worse when a master like King doesn’t get it right. And I WANTED him to get it right. The story involves a cellphone call that basically turns everyone into man/woman-eating zombies. You don’t know who or what is doing this. I liked this story line much more than "The Stand." I debated whether or not to list this as a zombie novel. I decided I would, despite the "zombies" not really being zombies. This book uses the neo-zombie definition (not reanimated corpses) made popular by "28 Days Later."
