Wellington has a wonderful voice here. His zombies and heroes are unique in their purpose and character. I was a little put off by the idea of the intelligent zombie, but I came around.

I reserved this at the library, but when I read the description, I decided not to read it. I changed my mind and gave it a chance; I'm glad I did. While the idea of psychic zombies seemed too ridiculous to pull off, it served as good plot point.
