While the first book, Trusting Again, was a beautiful romance. VYH blew me away! Great reveal! So much intensity through much of the second half of the book. Had me on the edge of my seat to the very end. So glad Mayler didn't use fake kidnaping scenarios like chloroform.

While Mayler says you dont need to read Trusting again to understand the book, and that is true, it does help to watch Samantha's growth.

I see that there is a planned 3rd book in the series! So excited to see where the journey ...more
