So when i first came into reading this book. I was completely hating it. But then I started to read more and more, I fell in love. This is one of the first books I have read with angels in them. The main character Pen is very determined. I love how strong minded she is and how she doesn't seem at all like a damsel in distress. I hope for the next book or if there will be one. The ending just left me craving for more. I want to see what the humans next step is or what angels next step is. ...more

Okay. Wow. This book was really good, but it was also pretty disturbing. I'm not used to reading very disturbing books, so this came as a shock, haha. But I couldn't finish reading it--NOT BECAUSE IT WAS A BAD BOOK. I would probably give it 3/5 stars if I had finished it.

The mother was crazysauce (for those of y'all who like awesomesauce xD) and... she was pretty disturbing too.

I'll probably push myself to read this again in a while, because I hate just stopping in the middle of a book.
