OMG THIS BOOK IS AMAZING!
I'm sure most of you have heard of this and/or John Green. and I have to say after reading this and Looking For Alaska, John Green is a cruel but excellent writer. and aren't all writer's cruel. I spent the whole time reading this whingeing about what I'd already guessed was going to happen. but even though I knew it was going to happen at some point I still begged it not to happen. I fell completely in love with Augustus just like Hazel (Slowly, then all at once). I love how John Green's own op

Detailed Review: I've read The Fault in Our Stars for the second time now. Somehow, it was worse because you know what was coming, and you feel dread as you moved along the book. No matter how prepared you are for what's coming, it still hurts as much as the first time.
That is the heartbreaking reality of reading The Fault in Our Stars.

This book is the most heartbreaking story I have ever read. I have never cried so much while reading a book in my entire life.
This is the first book I've read by John Green and I absolutely adored it. It's been awhile since a story has affected me in a way that no book has ever done.
This is also the first cancer related story I've read. One part of me hated the book for leaving me so utterly heartbroken, while the other part enjoyed reading a story that moved me.

Where do I even begin....I wasn't expecting too much from this book, despite all of the raving reviews about it, but It completely blew me away! Not only was it an amazing story, but it opened my eyes into the life of a cancer patient and the struggles that not only them, but also their family and peers go through. I loved Hazel and Augustus' relationship. I loved their conversations, the weird things they said and how they turned the simplest conversation into something intellectual. This is de

I didn't WANT to read it...but I had been told by one person too many that I should read it and someone (Ashley!) put her copy of the book in my hands and I started. I started slowly because I was afraid of how much this 'sad' book would hurt me after losing my mother a year ago to lung cancer, but instead I found that it gave me comfort and a quite a few laughs. I love the way John Green writes and weaves his characters and story around your heart and core.

Buddy reads with Amanda! Gosh, this is a sad, heart wrecking, beautifully-written-love story ever! The characters and the story are really really adorable. I start to cried when I reached 1/2 of the pages then I CRIED A LOT when I read Augustus' letter. John Green is so capable in making words and I feel touch with every single words.
I don't know what I've to say again. I lost my words. It's perfect. VERY PERFECT STORY EVER. ...more

I both loved and hated this book. This book is a emotional roller coaster..it made me laugh until my stomach hurt, then weep uncontrollably. The one thing the book really left me with is that life isn't fair, bad things happen to good people, and that you need to live life to the fullest and spend as much time with the people you love as you can.

All I can say is....THIS BOOK!! I was connected the moment I read the first page in the bookstore. Not sorry my review isn't descriptive enough of how I felt. My tears are enough.
