This book is made up to be amazing and to be honest it is just not in the way I expected it to be, It's sort of like perks of being a wallflower at the start, but then it changes and it's really not. WOW.
I know I only gave it 3 stars but I do know this was an incredible book. John Green is a genius. I personally didn't like the first half much at all - I loved The Fault in Our Stars, but I couldn't finish An Abundance of Katherines or Paper Towns, and I wouldn't have finished Looking for Alaska either if it wasn't for a friend of mine. This is his favorite book, and I told him I'd read it for him, and gosh darn it I'm not going to not finish another John Green book! I hate not finishing a bo ...more
