What Members Thought

I LOVED this story. It drew me in to the story and just kept me there. Loved Travis and Pidge, and I found their relationship to be very endearing. Can't wait to read Walking Disaster!!!
I needed to add something. When I first started reading this book, in my head Travis was not physically the type of person that would do it for me. BUT...there was something about him that totally pulled me in, and I fell for him...hook, line, and sinker! He appeared hard, but was anything but...total softie! Eve ...more

wow that was one ride... it was definitely good! It turned a lot heavier than I thought in the beginning and although the ending was very sweet I somehow have a bitter taste left...
I enjoyed it a lot though and I'd love to read a sequel to their story, because it is just the beginning and I want to know what will happen next. I can't picture the white picket fence for them. I want to know what happens!
but read the book you wont regret it! ...more

It wasn't a perfect live story. But I liked the part that they struggle to maintain their relationship . It's not a fairy tale love story but it showed that if you want it to work out then you'll work for it. Both Travis and Abby changed a lot for each other. And in the end they did make it work . It showed the aspects of a real relationship where you've to compromise, change and struggle not an imaginary one where everything is perfect. This book should be read once. I enjoyed it a lot. Fast paced, exciting, full of intrigue, and fun.
I loved the characters. The story was unrealistic in a few sections for me. Mostly, I thought the Vegas stuff was a little over-the-top, but that's also what made it interesting. For me, it was hard to put the book down. Looking forward to reading more from Jamie McGuire! ...more
