Finally, I'm done with this. It was amazing (team Christian) and the purpose complication from the end... Damn.
I don't have a problem with the book, I just finished it so late because I didn't read a thing for nearly a whole month. Now I'm trying to finish the others that I've dropped. It's my last school-week so I'm very nervous. I'm just wishing to survive until Friday and then I'll get back in the reading-thing. ...more

I read through this book quickly, and I really enjoyed it! This is one of the few angel stories I actually liked.

The pacing is quick, the characters are interesting, the plot unfolds nicely, there are mysteries and questions that the author uses to string you along and keep you engaged in the story.

It's fluff and brain candy, but it's well written and different. The plot has just enough surprise so that it's not too formulaic.

This book completely exceeded my expectations.

Going into this book I thought it would be just a fun light read about angels. I was so wrong. The plot and characters and writing style were so amazing and kept me engrossed in the story the whole time. The characters and their relationships felt so real and the romance was surprisingly not cheesy and I loved it.

I am truly madly deeply in love with this book. It's AMAZING. I've read a LOT of books that have Nephilim/angel themes but this book was so different from the others, and I mean GOOD different. It's ADDICTING! The only part that I truly didn't like was how stupid Clara was the first couple of chapters. And by that I mean how she was so crazy about Christian.
