What Members Thought
This book was very interesting. I liked how the author backed up her ideas with science and studies. I also liked that she sited the studies so that you could find further fact based evidence for yourself. I would have given it five stars but I'm not partial to the text book like set up of the book. I like more personal feeling when I read whether it's fiction or non-fiction. I must say the editors did a good job of breaking up some very heavy information.
