Perhaps this book just wasn't written for me. I couldn't really believe my eyes as she described the kind of distance and constant distraction that had taken over her life and relationships. I do appreciate her raw honesty with her actions and past parenting style but how could anyone let it get so bad??? She didn't know for years that every day was filled with beautiful moment deity her kids if she was only awake and aware.....
