i liked this book and would've given it a 3.5 if .5's were an option on goodreads. ha

the only reason i didn't rate it higher was because it took me a while to really connect with the characters. i kept reading initially because i wanted to know what happened to david's sisters, so there was enough to lure me in to the story.
