First off let me say how truly awesome this book is! It's been sitting on my shelf for what seems like forever, and I finally pick it up and it's amazing!! There were a few grammatical issues but it didn't really inhibit the story. It's an idea that's sort of well-tapped into, but ever author has their own little twist on it. And this was well executed.

The only that confused me sometimes was the 4 different POV's. It wasn't really a big problem because the author makes is obvious who's talking, First off let me say how truly awesome this book is! It wasn't really a big problem because the author makes is obvious who's talking, but when Emily starts to not be such a little witch to everyone, it was hard to pick between her and her sister. It's funny, Jane is such a plain name, and that's kind of what she was. Her story was really interesting and she was definitely demensional, but just her as a person isn't that interesting until Max comes along. Funny name for an angel, but he sounds hot so who cares what his name is?! I felt bad for Wes. Unrequited love is the worst, but then there's Emily... I won't spoil it for you. But he likes Jane and Jane doesn't like him, but that begins to change. Especially when Max shows up in Jane's life and sweeps her off her feet. I liked hearing his inner monologue for some reason, it's nice to know what the mysterious guy is thinking sometimes.

**SPOILERS!!**
I really liked Emily and Wes' relationship. I couldn't really see how they were going to be together considering Wes' infatuation with Jane. But then Emily watches his change into a Raven (turns out he's a shapeshifter) and so he starts to trust her instead of Jane and then it just grows. Especially since he's the first person that Emily ever tells about her "gift" of being able to hear people's thoughts. I just hope neither of them screws it up.

Max's brother is an interesting twist that I want to punch in the face. I hate how they're twins, so if one dies the other one does too. That's going to put a damper on things, especially since Jane and Max are really heating up. I can't wait to see what happens in the next one! ...more
