I really wanted to love this one but I’m over 200 pages in and bored to tears 🙈🙈
LOVED this re-read. I was engulfed.
SO close, SO close to being a five star book for me. There was so much I liked about this book. The characters, the plot, the setting, the world building, the pacing, the writing. But there were just those small annoying things that just kept it from being great. First of all I never thought I would say this about a book this long, but it actually needed to be a tad longer. The ending was just so abrupt. Everything leading up to the last two chapters was so detailed that I never had to question
