Isabella is just a normal teenage girl who decides to live with her father, however this requires a move to a place that she hated. A small town in Washington called Forks. Having to start over in a new school where she will obviously stand out as the new girl, Bella is not looking forward to this. Then she see's the Cullens, most importantly Edward and life is not the same again.

There is good in Twilight. It's better than a lot of YA novels. It actually has a plot, story, themes, somewhat interesting characters that are more than cardboard cutouts. It's just that... compared to bad books, it's not that bad. Compared to good books, it is. I am 100% certain of that in 50 years nobody knows what this book is.

I found it a nice enough book if a bit repetitive.... I'm not worthy... No, I'm not worthy.... Let me put myself in danger again so you can prove yourself again and again and again because I don't believe a word you say.... sort of thing. Apart from that it was quite enjoyable, the concept a little fresher than the general vampire stuff & very easy reading. Definitely on the YA shelf.

I didn't really want to start this series. I did it kicking and screaming. It was getting so much hype and I usually dislike books that have so much hype BUT I was hooked from the start and I loved the characters and yes I wanted Edward to bite her...LOL....fast reading, good book.

My expectations for this book were way too high based on reviews I had seen. It was good, not great. The main character can be annoying in her single-minded goal of keeping Edward by her side forever, but if you think about it, many teenage girls are annoying and overly dramatic (at least I was!). How many times does she have to remind us that Edw

I really enjoyed this book! It is a very passionate YA book. But I love that Edward is an old-fashioned vampire. This currently my favorite series of all time!
