Deliciously dark and twisty. It's an easy thriller mystery that will keep you turning the pages and stumbling over yourself to guess the next move.

I loved Millie. She's a wild card, you only just barely get to know her until much later. She's in a tough spot and really needs this job. But her boss, Nina, seems a little off. She's constantly yelling at Milile but then thanking her so much. She's sending ...more

My first Freida McFadden and I loved it. I devoured it like an expensive desert. A great psychological thriller that I will definitely recommend to others.

McFadden is good with twists and turns and her ending was spot on. I won't repeat the synopsis from the book, it gives a good preview of what is to come. I will say that midway through the book the narrator changes - which at first I was disappointed in - however within just a few pages I saw the reasoning, and since the writing and ca ...more
