I don’t understand how these have such high ratings. Lol.
So maybe MR. tall, dark and handsome isn't the prize catch after all.
Welcome to the family Nina Winchester says to Millie Calloway as she hires Millie as the Winchesters housekeeper.
After spending ten years in prison this seems like Millie's dream job. But is it? Because it's starting to look like a house of horrors.

I will say that midway through the book the narrator changes - which at first I was disappointed in - however within just a few pages I saw the reasoning, and since the writing and ca ...more

I enjoyed discussing this with my book club. We all agreed that this book was varying levels of objectively bad but it was great fun nonetheless. Sometimes, you just need to read something a bit trashy. I don't think I'll continue with the series.
