Oh my gosh I loved, loved, loved Rush in this book, yes there were moments because of his relationship with Nan that I got angry with him but 90% of the time he was loving, thoughtful, caring, sexy, hot, and oh so romantic. I liked meeting Rush's father and I liked how he responded to Blaire, and I liked how he fit in with them and was laid back and lending a hand with the thanksgiving preparations. I did not like Kiro, thought he came off too sleazy and I thought it was terrible how he had time Oh my gosh I loved, loved, loved Rush in this book, yes there were moments because of his relationship with Nan that I got angry with him but 90% of the time he was loving, thoughtful, caring, sexy, hot, and oh so romantic. I liked meeting Rush's father and I liked how he responded to Blaire, and I liked how he fit in with them and was laid back and lending a hand with the thanksgiving preparations. I did not like Kiro, thought he came off too sleazy and I thought it was terrible how he had time for the quiet daughter but not loud mouth Nan, wow. I felt so bad for Blaire when she thought about her mother during the holidays but I loved how excited Rush was when he saw how Blaire went all out for the holidays because he never really celebrated these days, his family did not do anything special. I was furious with Rush when he believed Nan when she told him something about Blaire, and when he spend so much time taking care of Nan and forgetting important things pertaining to Blaire. Then Blaire said that was enough and took things into her own hands, the only thing I don't like is I think she should stay and face things and speak her mind instead of running all of the time. I really did not understand what the purpose of introducing us to Captain was but who knows maybe he will play a part in some later books. I was very happy that Rush finally said, enough is enough and knew he was over his head in this situation but I wasn't thrilled that once again he made Blaire a promise that he would not put Nan in front of her but he had said this in the past so who knows...The rest of the book was fantastic, everything was perfect, loved reading about the wedding, with each small gift from Rush my tears poured from my eyes, especially the piece of satin, then when he sang to her the tears started again. This whole thing was beautiful and then the birth happens and could Rush be anymore cute as he was when he was holding his baby, I loved when everyone wanted to see the baby and he would not let anyone near him, they all had to look at the baby through the glass window. I hated how Nan thought it was okay to come to their home and still treat Blaire like crap, she is a better person then me. I liked how the author intertwined the storylines, how we read about Woods and Della in this book, and we got to learn how Grant and Harlow meet for the first time. I loved how Woods grandfather did come through for him in the end and Woods might get everything he has always wanted plus the love of his life. I could not believe how psycho that Angeline ended up being and I loved Blaire going all Dirty Harry again and it taking Rush over the top with wanting her, too funny and of course it ended with Rush being his wonderful romantic self. I have to say I loved this book so much and I am so sad to know that this is the last book that focuses on Rush, Blaire, and Nate. ...more

Forever too Far was a great easy read. This story helps conclude the love between Blair and Rush. It has also introduced new love interest in Harlow, Grant and Nan. Not to mention Woods and Della. So many places this writer could and will go. Can't wait! ...more
