I binged read this series last year. There are five books and a few novellas. The story centers around the players and girlfriends of the Chicago Hawk Hockey team.

This book is around Lance "Romance" Romero one of the defenseman of the team and a well known player. Lance is trying to get out of a toxic relationship with Tash, the teams former trainer. Sorry Randy and Lily move over, there’s a new top couple in my book! LANCE + POPPY 😍 - We picked back up with Lance Romero who we only thought we knew and got insight into his childhood. We get to meet Poppy and learn she knew Lance from childhood and that they had a little bit of a history. This was a beautiful slow burn with incredibly built tension and tenderness. I loved watching their relationship evolve and this one also brought the 🔥🔥🔥 as always! // ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️

Pucked Off is book six in the Helena Hunting Pucked series. This novel is finally about Lance. We know he has a bad family past, some sort of previous relationship with the teams old trainer, and is an ordained minister ... but besides Violet no one else seems to know much about him.
