This book kept my interest from start to finish, I liked the love story, it was basically soft porn, and it was a constant page turner. The characters were well developed and I honesty really liked every single one of them.

Heads up - this is not a romance. I think it’s good to know that going in. I really liked this when I first read it - gave it 4 stars - but it stuck with me more than I expected.
I loved the reread even more. This time I listened to the audiobook read by the author which was excellent. It also helped that I knew what was going to happen. So glad I read this again.

Okkk I have seen The Idea of You for the last several years on so many book recommendation lists. I finally decided to squeeze it in at the end of 2022.
Who knew I would be so sucked in to a story line that is essentially boy band/Harry Styles fan fiction. I flew through it. I had to know what was going to happen between this 39 year old, single mother, gallery owner from LA and this 20 year old front man of a British boy band.

GUTTED! That is the first word that comes to mind when I think of The Idea of You by Robinne Lee. I had been seeing this book posted all around #bookstagram and something just drew me to it. I was lucky enough to receive this book as a Birthday gift because I had been talking about it for months. I even wrote the publisher for this book not realizing it came out a year ago (yep I feel dumb).

I somehow went from not loving this book and being very uncomfortable (as in literally took a 3 month break 40% in), to being so sucked in and wanting more. Full review to come.
