What Members Thought
Still a high octane thrill ride with proper villains, flawed (slightly) heroes and now even a heroic dog. No one could accuse Jonathan Maberry of lacking in commercial sensibilities, but, you know what? The fact it sells means people are enjoying it and I was no exception, yes, there is an element of popcorn and summer blockbuster to the Joe Ledger books, but they satisfy and entertain in equal measure.

This book is another great book by Maberry. My wife got me hooked on these books and I am glad she did. I have loved all the Joe Ledger books. With that said this is probably my least favorite so far. That does not mean that it was not good or that i did not enjoy it but it definitely was not as good as the first too or what i have read of the fourth book. Anyone who likes smart ass protagonists and spy novels will probably like this book specially if your into science fiction as well.
I really love the way these books are written!! It's written like real people think and feel, if you were a well trained bad a$$.
