Another great book in the Joe Ledger series. Maberry is somewhere close to inventing a new genre of scince fiction, military, horror actioners. A pleasure to read, even if it isn't going to be for those demanding deep character driven plots. Having said that the increasingly troubled, albeit functional Ledger is interesting from a character viewpoint.
Read if you want a blast, you want proper heroes and preoper villains, and a genuinely entertaining read. ...more
