What Members Thought

This has been on my TBR list for a while now, so I was really excited when it was chosen for February’s book read for Three Nerds and a Book Club. Initially though, I had trouble getting into the book. While there was action fairly early on in the story, I felt that the beginning really lagged and it took me a while to really get into it. Book read for Three Nerds and a Book Club February read.

This book is one with a rather slow beginning. It took about four chapters before things started to get really interesting. And then I was hooked.

I liked this book. The story was very original, a bit quirky, but it kept me entertained until the last word. I kept reading and wondering if Jacob would leave or not. I thought the psych. involvement was a little much...not sure I'd ever trust one now. Monsters are not really my thing, but they played such a small part that I didn't mind them. Fun to read.
