Do I really need to review this book??? who out there hasn't read it ... and seen the movie .... and bought the collector's edition bookmarks???
Behind all the talk and hype is the book (or 4-and-a-bit books in the series). You'll either love them or you won't! I laugh at the fact that these books rate high on the Worst book of all time and the Best book ever lists.

Unintentionally very funny. Useful trashy book for reading on the train - not one you mind getting interupted from reading, and not one that keeps you so absorbed that you miss your stop! On a more intellectual note, I did like Meyer's take on vampire formation.

What can I say. I thought it had some seriously purple prose and there were many parts that made me cringe.
But she did create a weirdly compelling story, that drove me to finish the series.
