[close] The BFG is a well known classic by Roald Dahl. It follows the adventure of a little girl who meets a friendly giant and their mission to trap the villains. Roald Dahl uses plenty of creative language throughout the book such as 'Gobblefunk' and 'Whizzpopping'. This will be a brilliant source of inspiration for children to experiment with their own use of language. I think that this book will be more suitable for the lower key stage since it is a great opportunity to be playful with use of language.
