I actually listened to this book via audiobook and picked it up as it was the Waterstone's children's book of the month a few months ago now.
I really enjoyed the story and with its fast paced storyline and short chapters think it would be fantastic for keeping even reluctant readers engrossed in the story. It follows Willow Moss, the least powerful witch in her family, and a host of other characters she meets along the way in trying to locate last Tuesday which appears to have gone missing.
It's definitely a text that I would use with year 3 or 4 and I believe the story has a lot of benefits for school reading.
It had a great range of vocabulary so I feel would be really beneficial for introducing new words into a class' storytelling. Additionally, with a main message of believing in yourself, perseverance and everyone having the ability to make a change no matter how powerful I feel that this would bee a really inspiring book especially when aiming to develop a growth mindset in a class.
