It is about a troll named Timothy Limpet but unlike any other troll, he is clean and polite and for this reason gets bullied by the other trolls who are dirty and messy. Far away, there is a girl called Tabitha Lumpit who is the opposite of a good boy&girl she is not polite and is very loud. One day they cross paths and bang there heads making them have a 'great idea' which is to swap lives- they soon became bored and the other trolls began to miss Timothy. It was time to swap back and go home, so they met and wished each other good luck and went back to their daily routines.
