Rory lives with her mother in the Calle de las Flores trailer park outside of Reno, Nevada. Life isn't easy for Rory and her mother, who just (barely) makes ends meet by working as a bartender, oftening drinking her wages away, not coming home at the end of her shift. When she does come home, she often blacks out from all her drinking.
