4.5! Excellent read, supremely disturbed, but slightly let down by the ending idk
Ugly, ugly book. Would like to warn everyone off it...except I can't. What is wrong with children who judge some human life worthless? What is wrong with parents who could raise such children? And what is wrong with these same parents excusing their child's action? Ugly, scary, and sad tale. But one that deserves attention. Could this be you?

Thought-provoking but not at all fast-paced. The second half moved faster.
Did not enjoy this one. The entire book club did not like it at all
