If you've never read anything about habits / habit formation, perhaps start here. If you have, you may finish this book disappointed, as I did. Just not enough new material / ideas in here to justify the time, unfortunately.

The book is doing a pretty good job of summarizing 'best of the breed' personal productivity techniques available to us in 2019 and putting them into... well, not necessarily the system, but at least into some kind of toolbox where you can access them.
I found that almost all of those techniques would be familiar to the reader who has some exposure into personal development and it's unlikely that you will find something super original, but if I wanted to recommend one book to someone who's new to ...more
