Ah, Afterimage. It reminds you of that feeling you had as a teenager, when life seemed meaningless and you thought everything would be better if you would just die already (or was that just me?). Uh, yeah...I guess what I'm saying is this book is pure torture.

SON. OF. A. BITCH.!!!! Well just - Fudge Cycle! I've got to take this all in before I write any more. SHIT!

Well, I'm letting too much time pass so I'm just going to say, this series has me hooked. It equates more to Special Forces, in my opinion, than say, Cut & Run series. It brings in so many of the secondary characters and some revelations that made me say, "What the fuck?!!!!"

If you enjoy espionage, hot MM and decent writing, you're going to love this. ...more

I am left broken, destroyed, emotionally drained...

There is just so much improvement over the first one; the plot, the writing, the characters, the flow... It is just so much better and so much more addicting. Yes, there are still parts that are in need of editing but few and far in between.

Even Boyd is less annoying and less melodramat ...more
