What Members Thought
This is one of those pony books, "like they used to write," because, simply, it was originally published in 1955. It's been updated (author/illustrator created a new cover, updated text too) but has kept all the original artwork - and there's a lot of drawings. Really sweet story of a young girl, Cindy, who has a pony, Pidgy, but she wants a horse like all the big kids. When Pidgy goes missing, Cindy finally realizes just how much she loves her pony. Happy ending, wonderful story.
