The love I bear Kafka will always remain a mystery to me like his works. But I cannot help ignore the feeling that arises after reading that last line in any Kafka piece--the feeling of sympathy, understanding and, strangely, even of love. A strange read.. It was like I was going around in a maze.. Always a new obstacle springing out of nowhere and no hope of coming out of it.. How horrific it must be if one comes to such a situation.. To defend oneself without knowing what crime one is accused of.. You know that you must do something or else your freedom would be lost.. But there is nothing you can do.!
