Wow what a book! I have loved the other crooked creek ranch novels, and was really excited to read the newest one. This book was sad, so much heart wrenching pain loaded into a romance. I was completely enthralled with everything that was happening to the couple throughout the years in the book. The hockey twist was great getting to see the bad boy Billy and how Maddy balanced him.
