So sad but so good. This was a sad book it was about young adults with cancer, all kinds of cancer that meet in a support group. The three main characters have three different forms of cancer with three different predicted outcomes. The two boys are friends and the female is in support groups with one of the boys. One of the Best YA books ever. There is quite a bit of sex and racy topics so I would think about whether your child is ready for the subject material. At the middle school library I worked in we called it "Shades of Gray for Young Adults". The story is written magnificently; rarely do you read a girls perspective written so well by a man.
