Okay John Green. You have won me over. I loved it. I hated it (only because I loved the characters so much.) I won't say much more than that because it would end in three pages of spoilers.

I liked it a lot. There are a bunch of genuine laugh out loud moments. Hazel has a great sense of humor. I really want to see the movie now.
At first I hated the writing in this book. Choppy sentences, strange punctuation and capitalization, but it lent itself nicely to the tone of a teen. Thankfully most of the annoying writing only lasted the first couple of chapters. What a beautiful entanglement of characters, most fighting cancer or family members. Many funny moments where I found myself laughing out loud, but also many tearful moments. A good, quick, worthwhile read.
I finished 10 minutes ago and I'm still crying. To be honest I cried pretty much all through the last 100 pages. I loved this book, the characters, the story, the message, the writing.
