This was such a fun creepy read! I didn’t know where it was going and that was one of the good things. The slow build up was good too. My only complaint might be that the ending seemed a bit drawn out. It’s a shame the author doesn’t have more books out.

Edit: every time I think about this book it makes me more angry so I keep removing stars…
I wanted to give this 5 stars, I really did, but I just can’t. It didn’t live up to my expectations, but I fear that’s my fault.

Teddy is a young child with an imaginary friend. However, its quickly obvious there's more to the "imaginary" part than anyone realizes.

It's easy to root for Mallory who is trying hard to restart her life after crippling drug addiction. Her and Teddy's relationship is sweet. With her past, its hard to get people to believe what she's noticing about Teddy. While the story is creepy, those drawings really up the creepiness!
