It was great! I loved reading the lines that were straight from the movie! I read them outloud to Peter since we have watched that movie so many times, we still quote it! Ahh, a great book ~ up until I found out the author tricked me. Silly author. Just remember, all is not as it seems.
I've seen The Princess Bride in movie form so many times I have most of the script memorized. I know how it starts and ends. I know every line. I know every fight. I love it all. And despite all that, I couldn't put this book down. It was so cleverly written, so witty, so epic that I just had to keep reading. I loved that I could quote the book as I read along.
