What Members Thought
I liked this book a lot. The first half describes the fathers childhood the second half the sons. In some ways like two separate books with the same characters, the in the end the author pulls it together into a coherent whole. While song this the author manages to stay funny with a clever view of the Australian character, or maybe Australian characters. All in all an excellent read. One of the books you hate to finish because when you get to the last page it will be over. And this from a person

Really orginal if slightly outlandish and silly - but though it was over 700 pages long it didn't drag - it fact I nearly didn't want it to finish.
