Rather than following a traditional plot or story line, this book has a yoga pose and a positive affirmation on every page. This book talks about attention to breath and yoga poses that can help us when we're not feeling ourselves. I love the positive affirmations in the book and I think it's important for children to foster a loving kindness towards themselves in order to grow into their authentic selves and begin to regulate their thoughts and emotions.
