I would recommend this book because it is comparing two families that are different but still the same! Same, Same but different would be a great before talking about diversity in the classroom or even having a diversity night or unit! This book is culturally diverse because it talks about how even if your family is different such as having twenty-three family members like Kailash, compared to four like Elliot, we are all different but still the same!
