This is a non fiction book, I recommend for an ECED classroom. This book hits all three R's of early readers: rhythm, rhyme, repetition. I would use this book in my classroom when doing a culture unit, the book lets us in on the holiday of Raksha Bandhan and the creation of a Rahiki. This book has so many extension activities for early learners, and is also a great book for culture awareness in the classroom.
