This book is an Honored Book by the Pura Belpre Award. Marisol McDonald is difference. What she eats doesn't match what the other kids eat, her hair doesn't match, even her handwriting doesn't match. When Marisol tries to fit in, she then realizes that fitting in is boring, and she wants to be herself. This book is printed in both English and Spanish.
