To be honest, I'm sitll in withdrawal from The Scholomance trilogy and this one sounds somewhat similar (dark academia) with DRAGONS! I mean that blurb by Jennifer L. Armentrout at the top of the book cover about "grumpy dragons" is what really got me. I'm not a fan of enemies-to-lovers trope but this one wasn't too bad; you didn't feel it so much because there wasn't actually that personal hatred/anger against each other that I really hate. This was doggone good! I didn't think it quite reinvented the fantasy wheel as some of the blurbs implied. I really enjoyed it!
