What Members Thought
I'll admit, this really did take me a little while to get into, 250 odd pages in fact. But when I did, I was hooked and couldn't read it fast enough. The story is utterly gripping and shows how even a small amount of resistance could lead to severe and deadly consequences in Nazi Germany, and yet people took that risk. However, this book could do with a bit of editing as there is a lot of detail in places that does seem somewhat unnecessary and slows the story down, especially in those first 200

Deceptively and lullingly simplistic but certainly packs a punch.
Excellent story, and I enjoyed the author's style as well. I would read this book again.
