I am going to start this review by stating that I do not often pick up short story collections. Despite that, this book was short and a group read selection for one of my GR groups. And, when I got it from the library, I found that it is a small book also, thus a quick read.

Maud is not your average little old lady as she has a dark streak and doesn't mind utilizing it to her best advantages. At times sweet and charming, at others a sociopathic nightmare, this little lady will keep you in stitches for this short and sweet read.

🎧 Audiobook Review 🎧
I've seen this book around but I have to admit that the cover didn't call to me so I never really looked into this. However, as I found the audiobook and it was quite short and fits a couple of challenges *wink wink*, I gave it a go and what a surprise! And by the way, I still haven't really read the book description before I started the audiobook so this was a very interesting surprise.
