Last night, I decided to read this downstairs with only my dog as a company. Halfway though, I got freaked out and had to go upstairs searching for hubby's company. I finished reading in bed, in the dark, but thankful (for the first time ever) for hubby's softly snoring beside me. Wow …. this was deliciously creepy! I thoroughly enjoyed it. I liked the alternating storylines, with Viv in 1982 and Carly in 2017. I didn't see the ending coming. This one definitely kept me on the edge of my seat while I was reading it. I loved it, really! I didn't want to put it down. A great read!

This is toute as a horror story featuring ghostly tales but IMP it is more of a mystery than a horror. It is a quick and easy read told in two voices. It has some predictability but was enjoyable nevertheless
