What Members Thought
a well written tale with several strands, the franchise of coloureds in America and the beginning of integration alongside one girls escape from hurt and desire to be integrated. Essentially this was about Lilly's search for a way to live happily. Excellent characterisation and a real mix of characters each providing something that the others could not.

Very good read-I admit I dinged a star off my review because the ending just didn't quite do it for me-far to easy of a conclusion to the book but other than that an amazingly good read.
